Led fundraising strategy for a team which annually exceeded financial goals, increased the gift retention rate by 30%, doubled annual event income and tripled planned giving donors. Curated and led the planning of 700+ person annual event and a lecture series for investors and donors. Topic included women's economic empowerment, healthcare, measurement and evaluation, agriculture and green technology.

At Tilth Alliance (formerly Seattle Tilth), served on the senior leadership team and spearheaded our philanthropic program. Raised over $2M annually through major gifts, corporate relationships, annual giving and foundation giving and managed over 30 grant relationships annually, including with USDA and the National Wildlife Federation. As a member of the community engagement team, helped organize four community events for more than 5,000 attendees.

Coordinated three capital campaigns which raised over $30M. Managed the end to end fundraising process including prospect review, research, moves management, gift acknowledgement, events, and donor recognition. Collaborated closely with the Board of Directors and senior leadership and supervised parent volunteers who solicited major and leadership gifts.

Coordinated an $8.5M capital campaign for endowment and athletics. I designed and wrote campaign-related correspondence, proposals, grant applications, and case statements and organized both large fundraising events and small informational gatherings.
