I enjoyed a dynamic 20-year career in the fine wine industry and earned the nickname "Get It Done Girl" for my ability to systematically pull together teams, clearly define and communicate a plan of action, and execute at a high level against goals and objectives. Mentoring and coaching our managers by instilling confidence in their personal and professional actions eventually became the most gratifying part of my workday. Recognizing this, I left my career behind to become a certified life coach and help people transition themselves into more fulfilling lives. I started Changeable Coaching to focus on the support of positive change and growth in women. I also consult for entrepreneurs, using my experience and the hallmarks of my collaborative management style to help them strengthen their skills, develop cohesive work environments, and build positive cultures of success.
