I began work as a Childcare Worker in January 1998. advanced to a Program Supervisor position in April 1998, and was promoted to the Director of Development position in 2003. This experience allowed me to provide daily care to at-risk youth, counsel clients, provide progress reports, manage multiple operating budgets, supervise staff, develop long-range agency plans, oversee human resource practices and revision to personnel manual, and serve as the public relations contact.
