In January 2018, Axia Technology Partners spun-off Kerauno as a separate company focused on software development primarily of a communications workflow platform that will revolutionize how businesses communicate and collaborate, including business texting communications. After a corporate restructuring in September 2020, Kerauno spun-off & divested the texting platform, KLaunch, while the rest of the entity was renamed Synkato and eventually merged back into AxiaTP.
