Manage all third party benefit billings; requiring monthly reconciliation and audits.Perform benefits administration to include claims resolution, change reporting, review invoices for payment, and communicating benefit information to employees. Collaborate with Payroll/Finance to ensure billing and payroll deductions are accurate.Understands and applies benefit laws such as COBRA, HIPAA and other related benefit regulations/law.Administer FMLA and leave of absences within set guidelines.Maintain filing system for all benefit related forms.Answer employee calls and walk-ins in a responsive, confidential and professional manner.Work with department managers to assist and advise in carrying out their responsibilities on personnel matters.Assists with new employee orientation, on-boarding process and HR related development training.Assist in the daily administration of HR services, including but not limited to selection, promotions, transfers, administration EEO compliance, job classification, performance evaluation, and employee relations in accordance with policy, procedure and objectives of the organization.As directed, participate in the investigation and resolution of ongoing employee relations problems and recommend appropriate steps for resolution.Assist with development, implementation, and administration of company policies/procedures for the organization. Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment. Provide support to hiring managers with sourcing and identifying applicants for open positions. Ability to make recommendations for talent acquisition for entry level management positions. Serve as primary administrator for Applicant Tracking System
