At SDTC my role includes working with Canadian clean-tech founders and entrepreneurs to support their funding journey, as well as; • Engage with the public and private investment community to build a pipeline of investment opportunities for entrepreneurs.• Source companies that are investment ready for pre-seed, seed and series A investing• Assess companies for fit with SDTC’s investment thesis.• Help founders and entrepreneurs apply for SDTC funding. • Develop policies and processes for various operations within SDTC.• Support portfolio companies as an Investment Lead, which includes overseeing reporting to SDTC and compliance with the SDTC contribution agreement.Additional activities include; SDTC Joint Health and Safety committee, I contribute to the addressing complex Health & Saftey procedures for a hybrid organization. Program Manager for the Energy Efficiency Alberta's (EEA) Renewable Energy PortfolioCollaborated with stakeholder groups across Alberta to manage accessibility to the Residential and Commercial Solar Program (RCSP) Sucessfully delivered a 3 year $40M program on time and on budget, while achieving overall program objectives. Acted as key point of contact for managing complaints, and problem solving for program participants. Managed the program delivery contractor, and ensured all project objectives and client expectations were being met.
