I have worked in education as a teacher and a private tutor for 14 years. I have worked with students in a variety of ages and learning levels and needs. I have exceptional organizational and time management skills. I can manage shifting through multiple projects in a day and staying on track. I keep focused with creating goals for each quarter, week, and day. I maintain systems to keep physical materials orderly and use apps to document data efficiently. I am precise and eloquent in communication. I enjoy writing and like to do so efficiently and effectively. I enjoy collaborating with colleagues to brainstorm ideas, get suggestions, and to be on track together with goals for the company. I have increased student performance on assessments by setting step by step goals for student achievement. I can easily work with and accommodate all types of learners and personalities. I enjoy working with people. I have learned and implemented many different curriculums and teaching styles. I have created materials and assessments to fit with the goals and standards I have taught.
