Develop & execute marketing strategy and campaigns to support all areas of the business: point of sale materials (POS), local area marketing (LAM), email marketing, and website collateral. Deliver on digital marketing initiatives to drive leads for clients including but not limited to Social Media, search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO) & CMS management. Help develop & implement new brand standards and collateral to be consistent with client’s brand. Cross-functionally lead integrated marketing planning and execution across all platforms (ecommerce, digital, etc.). Work with clients to establish data collection and understand performance across tactical marketing programs. Work with companies such as Cornerstone Credit Union and HUSL Digital.

Implemented a project-based college prep course where trainees analyze and develop a small business. Mentor trainees about saving and how to make future investments in order to meet their financial goals in life. Trainees learn the importance of the role of entrepreneurship in the market economy, opportunity recognition, communicate in business, ethical business behavior, social responsibility, competitive advantage and sustainability, market research and cost/benefit analysis, advertise and market products, business financial decisions including pricing, operating costs, and projections. Trainees create their business plan and integrate academic knowledge to their own ventures, while putting theory into practice.
