Managed operational execution of the Insight Management DVD which contained 22 separate components and was the delivery mechanism for HP Systems Insight Manager, Insight Control, Virtual Connect Enterprise Manager and CloudSystem Matrix software. • Brought an extended team of 35 program managers, solution test owners, documentation, training, services and product managers in the US, Brazil, India and Japan together weekly to review status of 2 - 4 versions of the DVD and updates in various stages of planning, development, testing, and release status. • Created top down schedule and Plan of Record for the components and accompanying products being developed, tested and released together. Developed common set of core requirements for all components around versioning, upgrade, common features and common support matrix for each release.• Coordinated signoff, factory replication and web release for the Insight Management DVD and other related products. Released 21 DVD versions and 15 update releases in 9 years.
