I am a Central Florida native with a strong love for family, friends, law, theatre, and the Florida Gators.For the first 15 years of my professional career I was a high school theatre instructor. As the education landscape continued to evolve I decided to switch career paths, and in 2017 I enrolled in law school. While there I simultaneously juggled my law school course load with: a full-time teaching career, an after-school theatre program, interning at a local family law firm, tutoring fellow law students, assisting professors with research, serving as the secretary for my law school's SGA, serving as the Executive Editor on our law review, and raising my daughter with my husband. Even though at times this felt overwhelming, I was still able to graduate law school (summa cum laude) in 2021 and was ranked third in my class. Currently, I am an attorney with Jones, Hurley & Hand, PA, where I primarily practice general liability defense in addition to workers' compensation defense.
