Our consulting, teaching tools, workshops and unique peer-led programs help create the optimal conditions for people, places, and practices to "bounce back". Healthy Generations Project(HGP) is a program addressing the impacts of trauma on early childhood development, particularly for children growing up in poverty. HGP operates as a Trauma Informed program. We follow the most recent scientific advances that have shown a link between toxic stress and trauma in early childhood cognitive development, health disparities, and educational achievement. Our program develops resiliency in children exposed to high levels of daily stress and trauma by protecting them through good nutrition, positive brain stimulating activities, non toxic environments, non violence exercises and putting education first.
