I have devoted more than a decade of my legal career to helping policyholders in disputes with their insurance companies. My varied clients have ranged from private and public corporations to hospitals and pharmaceuticals companies. My practice has focused on property damage, product liability, advertising injury claims, property valuation, and workers’ compensation insurance coverage and premium disputes. I analyze and advise clients, including corporate executives, on complex coverage issues under various insurance policies such as Property, General Liability, Directors & Officers, and Errors & Omissions policies.I have also been fortunate to counsel clients in non-litigation contexts. This has included analyzing coverage after a loss has occurred or a claim has been made and assisting the policyholder in presenting the claim to the insurance company, evaluating and responding to errors in the insurance company's coverage position, and drafting insurance provisions to commercial service agreements.
