Plan, coordinate, and direct quality control program including implementing an ISO 9001 certified quality system. Work with vendors to ensure quality of all purchased parts and ensure all nonconformances are resolved through corrective action. Investigate and perform root cause analysis for customer returns and quality complaints. Create and implement statistical quality control procedures and inspection methods to maintain product integrity throughout the production cycle. Interpret engineering drawings, schematic diagrams, and consult with engineering staff to determine quality of parts
