As an Account Manger at Strine Printing, I work both with our customers, sales representatives, and production which certainly keeps me on my toes and makes my work experience interesting on a daily basis. I'm the person that either the client or sales rep turns a project over to plan and manage from start to finish. I work with the client to make sure we are giving them exactly what they want; and, then I work with production to make sure we meet those expectations and goals. What makes my position unique at this company is that we do so much more than printing. We also do all the finishing, bindery, coating, and fulfillment work which means I have to be educated in all the areas of production so that the end result meets the clients needs.

This position was a co-op that both allowed me to understand the craft better as well as explore the world. My responsibilities included producing all the major variable publications on board the Queen Mary 2 in a timely manner (ex. Daily Program & Newspapers).

This co-op allowed me to better understand the workflow of how projects get produced from start to finish. I assisted in helping the CSR's with the daily responsibilities of meeting customer expectations.
