About Jennifer Dunlap

I have an extensive background in the Customer Service Industry. I started in retail when I was in high school, which evolved into a call center career while I was in college. I later transitioned into the Insurance Industry in which I utilized my customer service experience to assist consumers in the handling of various insurance claims. After handling claims for eight years I decided to change gears and put my customer service skills to use in the Transportation Industry. I went back to school to become a Professional Driver and drove for a major transportation company. Then, I worked as a Clerk in the Logs Department ensuring drivers were compliant with Government regulations. I have since transitioned into an Accounting position for a company that provides services in the IT field and am the Owner of a handmade desk accessory company.
