One of my strengths is facing a large, seemingly impossible project and breaking it into step-by-step, manageable projects and delegating and collaborating with others to complete the work on time and with excellence. I am able to manage conflict among employees and de-escalate stressful situations with humor and a calming presence. I am fun while also maintaining a professional atmosphere and earning the respect of my colleagues, students, and stakeholders.
