Implemented a global onboarding training course for all new Public Sector solutions architects with over 340 new hires in the Americas completing the course in one year. Thus, reducing lag in onboarding from a registration waitlist of over two months to the team goal of course completion within the first 30 days from start date. After the pandemic struck, I oversaw the conversion of the course from instructor-led to virtual in three weeks. The average CSAT score remained at 4+ regardless of the training modality.Overhauled onboarding plan templates to conform to all new hire requirements for new managers or individual contributors. These onboarding templates could then be localized by region or altered by vertical if needed . Onboarding plans were also pre-created for managers for the 36 summer internsExecuted virtual hackathons for full-time employees and summer interns with Solutions Architect manager. 4+ CSAT average score from all hackathons.Refined Public Sector solutions architects training requirements.
