Spearheaded growth of Canada’s most successful retail franchise, (M&M Meat Shops, a 1200 s.f. retail frozen food store), into the U.S. under the MyMenu brand. Provided strategic leadership for all finance, HR, franchise sales, marketing, operations and R&D. Grew 8 corporate locations, and developed / launched successful co-branding model with big-box retailers. In total, the business exceeded average revenue targets and ensured scalability for growth.
