Eagles View Recruiting specializes in finding and placing technically adept sales professionals. Our rigorous 10-step interview process allows us to find high-performing inside and outside sales people for growing mid-market firms. We focus on passive candidates open to a career change, those already performing as winners, in the Baltimore and DC markets. Eagles View also recruits talent for IT companies (Network Engineer, Help Desk, Technician) and Construction / Building firms (Foreman, Supervisor, Craftsman).

I work with recruiters to submit background checks for potential candidates, create offer letters for candidates, extend offers to candidates and work with managers and new hires in order to complete new hire paperwork (tax forms, I-9 etc.), process. Once new hire paperwork is complete a personnel file is put together and all updated information is input into all systems (i.e. benefits, payroll etc.). I am also recruiting for our corporate internship program. I receive resumes from area universities, phone screen qualified candidates, and schedule and conduct interviews. I work hand in hand with hiring managers in order to place quality interns in various departments of our corporate office.

Communicate with parents and prospective parents. Communicate via e-mail or phone with various organizations in order to get funding for prospective parents. Use prior gymnastic and coaching experience to instruct children with special needs. Evaluate children in order to appropriately place them into peer groups.
