We worked mainly with online fashion, beauty, and lifestyle products with ecommerce businesses that used digital marketing as the main driver for their online sales. BioMethod is a complete health care system for the hair. Its products focus on healthy hair and hair loss. I was the first employee of this company, brought before launch to help put everything in place. Working from the ground up, I wore multiple hats and oversaw the website design, artwork, sales, shipping, import, and marketing systems for this start up. I designed, planned, and implemented ways to increase product awareness and engage our viewers while keeping to the ethics and vision of the company. We had success in converting new website visitors into loyal repeat customers. I was responsible for finding and testing which aspects of the company and product stood out amongst the competition. I managed the process with PR, a team of developers, graphic artists, and designers. I handled everything from email newsletters and social media to the warehouse stock and shipments (both import from overseas to shipments directly to our customers). I managed to increase sales by 200% by turning email questions into phone sales. Our TV/airtime deals brought in a lot of traffic to the site and we were able to successfully turn them into sales. Because of our phone customer service, we were able to maintain high customer loyalty and maintain subscription sales with many over 8 consecutive orders. We worked from the ground up and in our first year of business we made over $200k net profit in a saturated market. This experience taught me a lot about working with manufacturers and importing goods as well as successfully creating and running an ecommerce business.

Principle member of Application review team, which introduced new functionality to the site which narrowed down the advantages of the competition. Assisted with the development of policies and procedures currently utilized for application review. Managed own team of 5 and oversaw that operation ran smoothly all 24 hours of the day. My position required creating presentations for ideas as well as demonstrations for the managers and directors of the company.My first position is what I called "professional stalker"​. I searched the user accounts undercover, looking for pedophiles, incest, and animal cruelty. Upon finding these user accounts, I created reports and delivered them to the FBI who would go out and find these (very sick and twisted) people. I discovered a loophole in the system that allowed hackers to create tens of thousands of fake accounts per minute once they broke through the captcha. I discovered an algorithm used by these hackers and was responsible for decreasing 96% of the site's spam problem overnight, an issue that was threatening the survival of the website with a crash and breach. I was then promoted to lead the company's newest multi-million dollar project just before its launch - it was "apps"... today we all know them but at the time was BRAND NEW. While overseeing the app review team, I took special interest into the user experience of a section on the site that had absolutely no oversight. I presented to the company my vision and created an unofficial department to oversee the site's groups and forums and added it to my list of duties. I enrolled several others to help me work on this team and added it to their list of tasks. I did this in addition to the app review team. I became very familiar with trolls and hackers who were destroying the user experience for many users that previously had no support.
