• Responsible for handling all aspects of our client and broker events including: coordinating schedules, speakers, venues and A/V equipment, preparing and sending invitations, distributing marketing materials/ presentations, and follow-up surveys.• Responsible for handling the distributions of all carrier updates including posting on the broker website.• Responsible for the KTB CE school including: scheduling courses, filing new courses, filing for new instructors approval, and submitting CE credits.

• Responsible for handling all aspects of our existing accounts including: assisting with preparations of annual renewals, preparing alternative quotes/plan options with multiple carriers, preparing spreadsheets, processing renewal plan changes, assisting with problems that may arise, and processing enrollment changes.• Responsible for potential new clients including: assisting with RFPs, preparing quotes with multiple carriers, preparing spreadsheets, fielding questions, and processing new group enrollments.• Responsible for all internal documentation on clients including: submitting new client forms, commission forms, COBRA installation, Health Advocate installation, and maintaining CRM.
