Senior Account Manager on the Shipwire Account. We are their third party logistics warehouse and we house, pack and ship over 90% of their client merchandise to consumers. I handle all interaction between the warehouse, on-site Shipwire team, off-site team and their consumers. I am the sole contact for VAS and handle the work orders. I manage daily, weekly and monthly reporting. I assist with billing and billing reporting. I work to keep SLAs and SPs up to date. Research issues and errors. Assist in keeping this fast growing eCommerce world working smoothly.Details of what I do:• Direct Contact with on-site client team, warehouses and worldwide clients for Ingram Micro.• Manage and release to production VAS (value added services) special projects from start to finish.• Manage the ordering of materials needed for VAS projects.• Responsible for invoicing and managing invoice spreadsheets• Direct consumer contact for merchants.• Open and manage IT enhancements and requests from both client and internal warehouse requests• Manage and maintain daily tracking spreadsheets for ASNs, RMAs, order issues and inventory adjustments.• Research order errors, inventory requests and consumer calls.• Create purchase orders for all materials needed for projects.• Manage order volume between three warehouses to make sure we ship clean daily.• Maintain shipping carton inventory.• Assist with new merchant on-boarding.• Create SOWs and SOPs for a stream-lined work flow.• Manage lot control and lot control reporting• Continual skill growth
