Handled all aspects of 14 sections of Assessment and Measurement for Teachers. This includes hiring of instructors, and standardizing curriculum and instructors' syllabi. Additionally I work with content area groups to ensure that their students are being taught cutting edge methodologies for their particular concentrations. I work closely with department staff to ensure sections are appropriate scheduled. I provide assistance to professors in learning to teach in the online environment. Lastly, I support professors by encouraging and facilitating the exchange of materials and ideas.

Measures of Effective Teaching A joint project between Educational Testing Service (ETS) and Rutgers UniversityProject Manager Worked with research team including Drew Gitomer, Geoff Phelps, Barbara Weren, and Deborah Ackerman to develop strategy for all phases of project. * Research and managed recruitment of all teacher preparation programs in New Jersey gathering data on leadership, course structure, and student level information. * Drafted recruitment materials to deans and program directors and worked with committee to ensure vision and mission were properly communicated. * Organized personal follow-up to recruitment of Deans and department heads with phone calls and managed schedule for research team to be involved when necessary. * Filed all forms and updates to Rutgers University Institutional Review Board for Approval* Worked with ETS staff to submit IRB applications to participating Colleges and Universities.* Worked closely with program contacts to obtain lists of eligible students. * Drafted recruitment materials including letters and informed consent.* Fielded questions from potential subjects on all aspects of participation. * Served as a liaison between participation institutions of higher education and ETS to monitor student participation and encourage institutional help* Maintained contact with research team members through ETS Sharepoint system

I taught PSY201 an introductory class to statistics and measurement. Overall, the students loved me, but they hated the class even more. I did have several cheer during a lecture on standard deviation once - that was both professionally satisfying and weird.
