Collaborated with Georgetown and North Georgetown Elementary Schools; Georgetown Middle School; Sussex Central High School; parents; and staff to identify ‘at risk’ students. Analyzed both school and student needs whileestablishing relationships with local businesses, social service agencies, health care providers, and volunteers which provided integrated student services connecting students and families with community partners and resources that address both academic and nonacademic needs. The process included application, reapplication, essay, budgeting, data submission and analysis via PPICS data management program.Program Management: Instituted after school and Saturday morning co-curricular programs, created parent engagement and family strengthening programs; served as mentor and small group counseling facilitator, and provided individual counseling within the elementary, middle and high schools. Re-positioned and realigned the ‘after school’ program from a Social to an Academic Focus in three schools.
