Prepare and negotiate written proposals, training agreements and contracts; design, program and provide extensive customer service training programs for clients; teach and facilitate leadership development programs and workshops for community and corporate groups; coordinate monthly e-newsletter, website updates and blogs, social media and database management.

Oversaw daily operations for the education department; designed, planned and implemented over 80 training programs, workshops and events for administrators and nurses; coordinated annual conventions and events for approximately 1,500 people, communicated with hotel and convention center venues in order to obtain appropriate space and functionality; designed and promoted sponsorship and tradeshow opportunities resulting in an 82% increase in sponsorship funds for the association budget; managed online partnerships with three providers for continuing education sessions and monthly workshop certifications.
