Santander Consumer Finance S.A.- Support in the digitization process of the claims department through the implementation of digital tools such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, thus achieving greater efficiency in costs and time through the optimization of processes and automation of reports.- Working cross-functionally with other departments that range from Customer Service to the Central Unit for Fraud or Operational Risks with the aim of improving the experience in acquiring our products after analyzing customer requests. We have managed to improve the communication channel between clients and the entity, reducing response times and, in this way, increasing the satisfaction of our clients.- Responsible for cost management of the Legal Department reporting to the direct manager in order to define negotiation strategies, contract achievement and risk management.

Santander Wealth Management and Insurance- Proactive participation in the development of a global front-end that serves private banking clients providing them with access to all the information they need to meet their investment objectives and manage their finances more effectively.- Participate in the definition of the lean approach and the intermediate MVP steps to achievethe best results and establish product requirements by understanding our customers' needs.- Work together with internal and external clients to analyze needs and align the product roadmap with strategic objectives as well as working cross-functionally with T&O and UX teams making sure to meet with project deadlines.- Coordinate product/feature releases with marketing to ensure new features are communicatedto customers.- Carry out the extraction and interpretation of data on a daily/weekly/monthly basis leading to the creation of reports to track performance to streamline decision-making.

Scope: international markets.- Review primary and secondary sources of information related to the theme of the project.- Codify and prepare the databases of the research project.- Reading / critical analysis and writing of documents related to the cases to be studied.

Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing sales data, conduct research to analyse customers’ behavior, identify and analyse competitors, plan meeting and trade shows, participate in the organization of promotional activities for new services.
