As a Data Governance Consultant, I help organizations by providing solutions to their unique data situations. This could entail implementing a data management strategy while building out a new data warehouse, or you want to apply data management solutions to your upfront applications. I’ve seen and helped implement different methodologies to accomplish the needs and goals for my clients. Assist in developing and promoting the Data Governance program to streamline analytics and business processes including data certification, business glossary management and data quality. Partnering with both business and IT to help make data understandable and useable across the organization. Collaborate and provide guidance to stakeholders on best practices for consistent and accurate reporting and analytics.

Lead data governance assessments and design roadmaps for successful client engagements. Collaborate with clients to implement data governance, data quality and/or metadata solutions to meet their business needs. Worked with clients to enable and implement data architecture, integration, quality, governance, MDM, and reporting/analytics.

Create and implement the Data Quality Program for the Global Data Office across multiple business units. Implementation across multiple domains of business entities, master data management program(s), regulatory compliance organizations, business intelligence, etc. The framework entails the strategy, operational model, and implementation strategy to incorporate the strategic vision of the Global Data Office.

Create and implement the data quality framework consisting of the engine, score cards for visualization, remediation aids, data governance process, and support model. This framework includes the business rules, data quality metrics, data sourcing strategy, and business impact dashboards. Provide leadership with the global and regional business/service lines, IT, BI, data governance, PMO, executives, etc. to deliver data quality solutions to the various audiences. This effort is in support of operational and predictive analytics in partnership with the Global Business Intelligence team and vision.

Establish and implement the data governance strategy, process, team(s), and data needs for the clients of the Americas Region of JLL. Provide leadership on the data strategy for the Americas Region, along with the input and collaboration of my global counterparts. Present the standards and data quality issues to integrate data into a new master data management platform to be able to perform analytics based upon accurate and consistent data across all systems. Work with existing and new accounts to standardize and cleanse their data for successful implementations into JLL applications. Ground up implementation of a data quality framework to help support the accounts in their data efforts going forward. Understand the business reporting needs of each account, and help them get to a state of accurate and predictive reporting.

Drive the overall data quality program for the product and customer domains within GHX. Identify and report data quality issues to the business and IT. Implement a data governance program to help manage and clean-up data quality issues.

Consulting for a Master Data Management and Data Quality implementation.

Lead for data strategy and operations within the Business Intelligence team. Ensure the integrity of data across the organization. Develop and maintain the company's data dictionary to ensure consistency of data, policies, and procedures around data collection and reporting. Drive the data management strategy and implementation plan. Manage the Business Intelligence operations, data quality, and publications departments, along with regular reports and dashboards. Manage team of offsite developers.

Help to enable and maintain high-quality data. Measure the quality, effectiveness, and competitiveness, and the consistency of data between applications. Lead on implementation of data quality initiatives to ensure data completeness across data warehousing systems.

Quality assurance analyst testing ETL from source to target. Created testing procedures to verify data. Change management was an integral role in this position.

Analyze data within the core source systems to measure the quality of data. Architected a data quality database, created ETL to move data quality results into the database, and created data quality scorecards to report out the metrics. Revenue life cycle management analysis was an integral part of this position.
