I have experience with claims coverage, liability investigations as well as claims in litigation. This includes understanding and protecting various Medicare and Medicaid lien interests. I also have experience with managing conflict with customers and claimants to reach a favorable outcome for each party. I am a current Arbitration Forums Analyst hearing and deciding liability disputes between insurers for accident across the country. In my past, I have also heard cases as a Kentucky Insurance Arbitration Association Arbitrator (KIAA). During that time, I would hear and decide disputed liability and injury damage cases.

I was responsible for planning, leading and facilitating new adjusters during their first nine months of employment. Together with leadership, training plans were developed to ensure that all new adjusters had the proper support and education to begin their new roles. As part of this role, I was responsible for developing the materials to aide in classroom and one on one training. I was also responsible for scheduling licensing and travel to Tech Cor to support their new roles. I also conducted targeted compliance and quality reviews.

I was responsible for completing quality reviews of system input evaluations to ensure proper settlement values were applied to a variety of casualty claims to include those in litigation and arbitration. I also provided coaching and feedback regarding file quality to improve input. In addition to evaluation consultant responsibilities, I also reviewed defense firm legal fee bills to ensure adherence to the legal fee bill contract and proper billing practices.
