My areas of oversight include IT (including the support and optimization of the organization's electronic health record), data governance, and all quality and compliance related activities (management of all agency policies/procedures, including development of new policies when necessary; HIPAA/privacy related issues; workplace health/safety; client rights, grievances and incidents; subpoenas/legal actions; performance improvement activities; outcome measurement; data collection, reporting and analysis; and the clinical integration of services and implementation of EBP's). As the Manager of Integrated Services, I provided oversight for the Agency's rapid change project management process focused on integrating best practice service delivery for individuals with co-occurring (addiction and mental health) disorders. This project included the vetting and selection of best practice program curricula; process mapping; evaluation of existing services; and communication with internal and external stakeholders regarding project objectives & outcomes.
