My areas of oversight include IT (including the support and optimization of the organization's electronic health record), data governance, and all quality and compliance related activities (management of all agency policies/procedures, including development of new policies when necessary; HIPAA/privacy related issues; workplace health/safety; client rights, grievances and incidents; subpoenas/legal actions; performance improvement activities; outcome measurement; data collection, reporting and analysis; and the clinical integration of services and implementation of EBP's). I serve as the organization's Corporate Compliance Officer, and oversee the organization's CARF accreditation process, as well as ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. I am also responsible for the implementation of select strategic initiatives that advance the organization's mission, enhance partnerships, and improve services. For example, I coordinate RR's readiness project to prepare for the transformation of Ohio's Medicaid behavioral health system in 2017.
