I lead digital and audience growth strategy for the Fort Collins Coloradoan, Sioux Falls (South Dakota) Argus Leader and St. Cloud (Minnesota) Times.Key areas of emphasis for my team include social media strategy, community engagement and events, digital storytelling (Including newsletters, video and podcasts), content marketing, SEO, and driving loyalty and reader revenue.In one year, my leadership has driven top line revenue at the Coloradoan through a 48 percent increase in digital subscribers. In this interim role, I work with our 109 local newsrooms on social media and audience strategy. For USA TODAY, I develop audience and engagement strategies that elevate our best local journalism to a national audience. I also serve as a liaison between our local newsrooms and Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Reddit and other platforms.
