About Jennifer Henne, Mba, Gphr

I am passionate about using and sharing my experience to assist clients to resolve international HR challenges and support business development efforts on international proposals. My focus on creative, compliant, and cost-effective solutions has saved companies/clients millions of dollars over the course of my career. As a seasoned HR professional, I have many years of experience in Global Mobility corporate HR departments for companies in the automotive, aero & defense, oil and gas, and telecommunications industries. I have established and managed several large Global Mobility Programs in the US and Europe, covering all global mobility aspects, including full expatriate life-cycle support (onboarding, immigration, international compensation and benefits, relocation support, destination services, dependent support, expatriate tax, and repatriation/offboarding). Most recently working in Employer of Record (EOR) services, I was able to use my subject-matter expertise to provide global HR solutions to hire and help manage needed talent in locations where a client does not have a registered legal entity. While supporting bid/capture teams in Aero & Defense, I gained and shared specialized knowledge of host country requirements and the potential applicability of bi-lateral/multi-lateral agreements (such as Status of Forces Agreements (SOFA)). This knowledge was used to inform proposal development, affecting the talent mix, costs, and timelines. Participation in customer audits with program management resulted in continued cost allowability, supported by my in-depth understanding of international payroll, immigration, and employment law requirements, as well as special exemptions and DCAA/FAR compliance issues. Tax compliance has been qualified by several external audits, including wage tax and corporate tax.
