The prior Global Mobility Role has been expanded to include all of HR Operations/HRSS - • Lead globally diverse teams of 45+ employees across 7 countries• Accountable for all HR operational activity• Responsible for all employee facing HR knowledge content as a Tier 0 shared services offering Key Contributions:• Lead the implementation of and continued enhancement of The PeopleHub, our employee facing HR resource center powered by ServiceNow• Develop and drive the direction of business process optimization and the transition of transactional activities to lower cost resources within Shared Services• Developed data analytics dashboards to track the transition of work from HR Partners and COEs to Shared Services to include month over month views of case escalations related to the activities transitioned• Responsible for several high profile, high value program and process redesigns aimed at shorter cycle times, improved quality and increased ability to scale• Drove efforts to create a sustainable Tier 0 offering to our employees by accumulating nearly 1,000 employee facing knowledge articles in less than two years• Implemented a new structure within Shared Services tying lines of support directly to Partner and COE teams allowing greater knowledge transfer to the HRSS team and developing internal resources for their next role with Teradata

Lead global team overseeing immigration, assignment management, global compensation, domestic and international relocation, tax & compliance for globally mobile population of 500+. Population consists of long term, short term, extended business traveler/cross-border commuters and project-based assignees• Lead global team of up to 14 individuals in the USA, India, Malaysia, Czech Republic & Austria • Responsible for global plan design, execution and administration of Teradata’s global mobility program• Consult with the business, finance and executives on strategic immigration, tax and compliance mattersKey Contributions:• Process and procedure review & revamp to align transactional activities to lower cost resources• Developed and implemented a segmented IA policy with sliding benefits dependent upon the significance of the assignee role• Introduced new Green Card recruitment process to reduce manager evaluation time and improve success rate• Managed transition to a new Big 4 tax vendor in 2015, reducing out of scope tax services by 48% (~USD 1.1M) in the first year• Designed the Host payroll model for project-based assignment in 8 countries with a 2-year savings of over 5M• Lead RFP and managed transition to new immigration vendor in 2016, during which total volume increased by 34% while total cost decreased by 40% over 2015

Population consists of long term, short term, extended business traveler and rotational assignees• Responsible for global plan design, execution and administration of CSC’s global mobility program• Act as consultant to HR Business Partners, Finance and Executives• Lead transformation on process efficacy to realign basic administration into corporate shared services related to Global Mobility. Active participant in the realignment of various other HR activities such as tuition reimbursement, expense processing, reporting & domestic relocationKey Contribution:• Development of sweeping new global policies with a focus on benchmarking, tiered policy implementation and renewed localization efforts for long term assignees. This along with globalization and retirement of regional based schemes saved 12% of incremental costs plus reduced administration• Successfully lead team to a dramatic process improvement which allowed for a 700% increase in H1B petitions over prior years with no increase in staff• Oversee in-house assignment administration of 200+ short term assignees and extended business travelers, reducing the need for outsourcing support for a savings of ~1.2M USD for CY13• Heavily involved in the expansion of HR Shared Service in India and the Czech Republic by identifying high volume, repeatable activities throughout HR, coordinating the globalization of processes and hand-off for implementation• At the global level, represented the Compensation COE on the span of control and job leveling project – identified as a change agent, able to provide understanding and garner support for this challenging endeavor
