• manage all projects running through the creative team, ensuring accuracy & timeliness• work closely with design team, account management and internal clients to ensure proper workflow adherence

• manage project timelines & yearly production budget up to $1.2MM, including preparation of estimates & invoices to ensure timely payment both from the client and to vendors• ensure adherence to established timeline & budget through weekly status meetings, keeping all teams apprised of project status• coordinate logistics of commercial television & photo shoots, including management of vendors, SAG signatory, athlete agents, image usage rights, travel and lodging, internal art directors, and client-side brand managers• traffic ad materials for print & television media, including preparing print-ready files, ensuring approvals from major broadcast networks, and working with media planner to ensure timely delivery of materials• source multiple vendor bids for all printed collateral to ensure timely printing & delivery on all projects

• execute visual plan-o-grams and participate in quarterly display resets, including imaging machines per corporate specifications• perform managerial duties, including opening/closing duties, till count, and preparation & submission of tax exempt paperwork• mentor new employees, providing information about point-of-sale processes, customer service, and product specifications• assist customers with product selection and basic troubleshooting for Macs, iPods and iPhones
