About Jennifer Ide

Jennifer Ide serves as Vice President and General Counsel of Rimidi, Inc., a healthcare IT company focusing on decision-support software for the treatment and management of cardiometabolic diseases. In her current position at Rimidi, Jennifer is responsible for oversight of all of the company’s legal matters, including IP, technology licensing, information and data security, securities, and general corporate matters. Jennifer also serves as the regulatory and compliance officer, and manages the company’s FDA filings, as well as serving as the HIPAA privacy and security officer. Jennifer joined Rimidi in 2012, after spending ten years as a litigator with Sutherland Asbill and Brennan LLP. Jennifer joined Sutherland following the completion of a two-year federal judicial clerkship with Judge Julie Carnes on the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. Jennifer graduated with highest honors from Emory University School of Law in 1999 and from the University of Virginia in 1991. Jennifer is a graduate of the Leadership Georgia Class of 2012.
