Patients, Users, Customers, Clients, Consumers.......One thing that resonates throughout my experience has been how I can make their life easier. How can I make them happier? How can I solve their healthcare problem so they can focus on other more fun aspects of their lives?Whether I'm counseling a patient on the correct use of eyedrops, designing a product for target customers, carrying out user research for a wellness app, ensuring a client has the best experience with a service, or analyzing data so I can forecast their needs, exceeding their expectations is what is always top of mind for me.I want them to have one less thing to worry about. I also have a passion for social justice and women's rights. Health economics is one of my interests to use scarce resources as efficiently as possible to promote health.I always seek to optimize processes and proffer more accessible solutions.
