Key Responsibilities in this role were…* Position four underperforming assets for transition to a new management company* Weigh in on affordable program selection and write proformas for new construction properties * Due diligence and acquisition of a 220-unit scattered site. Hired staff and onboarded properties* Worked closely with Asset Management to boost performance of underperforming properties* Worked with City staff to right a property that was under great scrutiny. Oversee portfolio of 12 properties including market rate, tax credit, student and senior housing in both urban and suburban communities. Completed six new construction projects and lease-ups ensuring pro forma goals were met or exceeded. Oversaw due diligence and acquisition of four properties; supervised two of those sites through interior and exterior renovations.Currently supervising renovation and reposition of two properties. Member of several committees including training, bonus guidelines and financial procedure.

Oversaw portfolio of 9 properties (approx. 2,000 units) including; Market rate, Section 42, Project based Section 8, Rural Development, HOME units, Bond units, Homeless units and combo properties.Completed two new construction lease ups.Completed two complete rehab projects and one 290 unit exterior rehab.Instructor of three training classes in Dominium University.

Successfully completed lease up of 188 unit new construction property in Eden Prairie, MN. This property included Luxury, market rate and tax credit units. Managed property through first year of stabilized operations, collected rent, monitored and filled vacancies, monitored and make advertising recommendations, Processed A/P, supervised staff of 7, and completed all monthly reporting.

Provide additional leasing and outreach support during new construction lease up and/or properties with occupancy concerns. Assess market conditions and create/monitor monthly market survey of comps.Develop and implement creative marketing strategies.Track traffic and make recommendations regarding most effective sources of traffic/where adverrtising dollars are most effective.
