Managed operations for several Presbyterian Medical Groups. Responsible for payroll, provider schedules, service recovery, training staff on system upgrades and rollouts in Epic as well as payor contract updates, hiring staff and creating staff schedules, overseeing patient registration and referrals and prior authorizations, ensuring patient contact time is being met by each provider, working with IT to create user dashboards and coding for providers and clinics, ensuring compliance met by all non-clinical staff and all documents updated. Responsible for training all registrars, secretaries, financial advocates, and schedulers.

Supervisor of non-clinical staff for the operating room and post-anesthesia care staff. Responsible for reconciling patient billing, payroll for 80+ employees, four different call schedules, supervising surgery schedulers and clerks in operating room. Ensuring staff properly trained in Cerner and PowerChart. Resigned after having first child.

Responsible for ensuring all UNM Hospital staff trained upon hire in systems needed for their role. Systems included Microsoft Office products, Cerner and PowerChart. Maintained database of staff and their licensure and training records.
