Advising current President and Board in strategy, organizational development, business transformation, and succession planning from my personal experience as past-Vice President and past President for the 40-year old Vancouver-based culture sector, registered charity. I have been involved with the charity since 2007.

I lead people, processes, and systems through strategic, digital transformation focused on benefits realization and sustainment. At the Port of Vancouver as a senior internal consultant and change management expert within the new PMO inside of the highly skilled Business Transformation Office, I manage and lead cross-functional strategic initiatives to introduce new technology tools and platforms. Formal Change Management is new to PMV, and my role focuses on changes introduced through our strategic planning portfolio as cross-functional projects and programs. This role is an exciting opportunity to introduce tools, methodology, and theory crafted to fit to PMV culture, current state, stakeholders expectations, and business aims. My involvement continues as advisor to the current board and as Past President. Using digital technology to transform contemporary art products and services in Canada. Developed and brought to market first-in-Canada digital subscription-based contemporary art edition portfolio; developed digital print-on-demand exhibition-in-print concepts through an early adoption of crowd-sourced fundraising.

Providing expert strategic and tactical services for digital marketing, communications, and social media (Twitter and web) for the lead up and duration of this new media and technology-based art exhibition component of the 2010 Cultural Olympiad. Recruitment, management, training and supervision of a staff of docents and special skill volunteers for 3 exhibition venues over course of 18 day event. Managing the process of implementing change with key functional leaders for this post-acquisition merger in the insurance sector (partially unionized environment). Developing change management strategy and tactical approach, presenting to senior management for approval, managing schedule of deliverables, internal corporate communications, project management support to Operations function, facilitating workshops and planning sessions. Scope of changes included roll out of new branding, products, pricing, organizational structure and software tools.

Developing & implementing strategies for new market (US domestic shipping), integrating merger of corporate acquisition, creating proposals & developing product strategy of custom program development for key clients. Developing & implementing marketing strategy for direct marketing, print media exposure & trade events for this industry-specific e-learning company. Clients including NOA/US Coast Guard, Canadian Coast Guard, PetroBras Brazil, Kirby Marine (Houston, Texas). A crucial accomplishment included developing the strategic relationship required to partner with an established player in this new market, thus leading to Seagull's first custom development project. This project was essential for "acceptance" by others in this niche market industry.

As a Senior Program Manager for Teekay Shipping, and a member of the Organizational Effectiveness Team, I led multi-year process improvement, IT implementation, ISO quality and environmental system design and implementation for global offices and a marine fleet of approx. 90 oil tankers. M3 year leadership of digital transformation program for net new development for Marine Operations Management System. Change management accountability ensuring readiness, adoption, and sustainability (content, software, and hardware) for 3 global offices and 6,000 global staff. As Program Manager, further accountable for design, implementation and successful certification audit of new against industry and regulatory requirements (ISO 14000, ISO 9001, OHSAS & ISM Code). Change Management - Member of Organizational Effectiveness Team providing change leadership for cross-functional strategic initiatives. Managing the complete lifecycle of IT systems and business process projects.
