Previously I worked in a manufacturing position with Oshkosh Defense. However, in December of 2014, I was given the opportunity to go back to school and earn a degree. I graduated with honors in May 2016 with an Associate Degree. In the fall of 2016 I returned to Oshkosh Defense as an assembler. I was promoted to Senior Scheduler in 2019. I handled the scheduling functions for our Fab and Weld facility. Recently I transitioned to my current role as a Materials Specialist. With 13 years in the manufacturing business, I understand processes involved from Fabrication all the way through final testing. I am familiar with a Kanban system for part flow. As well as 5S principals for work place organization.
