For B106.7 / WTCB, I Organize and Produce our annual, award-winning Radiothon to benefit Palmetto Health Children's Hospital. I also continue to do part-time on-air work with B106.7 and Produce live, local sports shows for WNKT / 107.5 The Game.

Working with Radio Stations and Hospitals in various markets to grow and develop their Radiothon programs. Provided guidance and training to account executives on best practices for generating revenue to support the event. Trained and developed air staff in ways to tell stories and create theater of the mind to motivate the audience to give. All the money raised at these Radiothons benefit children at their local Children's Hospital.

Provided training for new Interactive Account Managers; organized employee retreats; worked with Search Engine Marketing and Search Engine Optimization companies in growing the online brand for myredlounge.com.

Developed and executed station promotions and events for 100,000 watt Adult Contemporary Radio station, WTCB/B106.7. This included conceptualizing, working with sales to incorporate client partners, soliciting prizes, generating on-air content, complying with and executing legal aspects of campaign, using media contacts to generate exposure and developing collateral materials necessary for a well-executed event.Work with national clients and agencies to develop promotional partnerships and enhance advertising buys. Motivate and educate Programming and Sales staff on station campaigns and contesting.Started an Interactive Department for the Adult Contemporary and Urban Adult Contemporary station websites. Developed integrated campaigns combining the power and benefits of the radio stations and their targeted lifestyle websites. Manage, educate and engage Account Executives in incorporating website initiatives into their clients' current radio advertising campaigns. Also grew and developed the station affinity clubs.
