Helping clients achieve goals throughout the purchase or sale transaction of residential properties. Represent buyers and sellers through negotiations of the contract, develop marketing plans, present market condition information, research, tour properties and provide transparent communication. Recommend solutions, advise suitable course of action, and qualify potential buyers.

Professional duties include the development, implementation, and complex statistical and data analysis; providing communication and training to City officials, departments, staff, and the public regarding a variety of human resource matters. Responsible for performing work in any or all areas inclusive of recruitment, selections, evaluation, and retention of City employees, labor relations, benefits administration, and/or risk management.

Assist with administration of the City’s purchased insurance programs such as liability, property, workers compensation excess coverage, boiler and machinery, bonds, foreign liability, etc. Analyze the feasibility and effectiveness of services, coverage, and options available; recommend changes, alternative coverage, or funding sources as needed; and implement modifications to programs.
