*Provide transactional legal services for high growth companies (including fintech, virtual reality, social networking, gaming, and mobile) in connection with their entertainment, media and content-related initiatives. *Advise companies in collaborating and transacting with celebrities, content creators, talent agencies, talent management companies, studios and guilds. *Assist top level Hollywood talent, content creators and brands in understanding opportunities in new media; provide research, analysis and introductions; formulate and implement digital strategies for syndicating and monetizing content across multiple technology platforms (including companies such as YouTube, Snapchat, Meta, etc).*Represent Hollywood talent (celebrities, actors, writers, producers, directors, game developers, athletes) in traditional entertainment deals (TV and film), development deals, licensing deals, publishing deals, curation and endorsement deals, and social gaming deals.*Provide strategic counsel to Fortune 500 companies on entertainment and new media content deals; drive their business development efforts with talent, studios, networks, and websites; structure and negotiate their content deals; provide guidance on creating infrastructures for producing traditional and new media content.*Provide general counsel to clients on a wide variety of matters, including intellectual property (i.e., brand and copyright protection, publicity rights, licensing and trademark, confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements).Specialties: the convergence area of technology and entertainment; virtual reality collaborations; new media content deals; business development initiatives with Hollywood talent and content creators, studios, networks, websites and brands; entertainment and digital content strategy for Fortune 500 and new media companies; developing and incorporating DEI and ESG benchmarks and goals.
