I'm currently a travel Stepdown/Progressive registered nurse. I have my own skincare line called Magnate Beauty. I'm an author of my first book "Stay On Your Birth Control." I have a start up lab opening November 2022 with my other company The Right Medical Solution, LLC. The Right Lab is located in Jacksonville, FL. The title of my first book is "Stay On Your Birth Control". The book is an insight into the life of single mothers and single dads. There are testimonies from single moms and dads and a single mother after divorce. I wanted this book to be a straight-forward, educational book for kidless men and women to know what could happen if they don't stay on their birth control. The book also has reflective questions with a writing area for the reader to do self-reflection and journal their thoughts, wants, needs and beliefs about the different topics in the book. The book has charts, graphs and resources throughout the book. The book is in full color. The best part is the outline of different types of birth control for men and women. The teacher in me really came out in the book. I'm wanting to ultimately have a panel of teens/young adults similar to Teen Summit where we can have Q & A sessions to discuss self-esteem, dating, violence, career, etc. This is where they can focus on themselves before focusing on someone else. Having children prematurely is very hard and unfair. I want to change the narrative to not normalize single parenthood but normalize being kidless and know that you are enough without kids. Having kids prematurely can have both of you crying because raising humans is not a single persons job. It's very important to have both parents raising the child along with the village.The book is paperback but also available online at Kobo, Google, Apple and Amazon.
