Skilled in customer service, first level help desk in computer repair and Automated Office Technology. I enjoy learning more than just the basics of computer hardware and software via hands-on experience. If there is a program that I can dig in to learn the ins-and-outs of how the program works, I am excited to dive in and conquer. Learning functionalities of new devices, office equipment and programs inspires and feeds my thirst for knowledge. My real passion is bringing joy to others. If there is something to be done that will allow me to share in your joy or bring a smile to your face, I want to be involved. Event planning, Delivering a gift, Hosting and/or attending festivities are just a few of the activities that I find enjoyable. The challenge of learning new skills such as painting and DIY projects always capture my attention and inspire me to become a more evolved individual.Currently I hold my insurance licenses in P & C and Life & Health as well as being an active Indiana Notary Public for Decatur County. I have completed numerous Dell Partner Course Certifications, Certification in Introduction to PC Troubleshooting and Computer Maintenance Certification from ExpertRating Solutions. Have attended numerous Personal & Professional Development seminars with SkillPath Seminars. I recognize the importance of continuing to develop and cultivate new and existing skills while improving customer and interpersonal relations.I love being involved in projects and organizations in the community. I am blessed to be an active member at First Christian Church (FCC) of Greensburg and have been an active member of the Citizens Advisory Committee for the Decatur County Solid Waste.
