• In addition to continuing oversight of the Environmental Operations unit and functions, as Director of Utility Systems under the Facilities division - responsibilities have been expanded to include:
• Leads and directs the Mel Leong Treatment Plant (MLTP) staff to deliver high operational and compliance standards.
• Guides and collaborates cross-functionally the developmental activities, upgrades and priorities of the Airport’s MLTP and critical utility infrastructure as well as track and monitor projects to ensure funding.
• Oversees maintenance and repairs of the MLTP assets both at the plant and throughout the Airport’s sanitary sewer, industrial waste and storm drain pump stations.
• Helps to reduce significant disruptions and liability associated with failed utilities throughout the Airport campus and assures timely responsiveness to failures and emergency situations. As well as develops.
