Following a fantastic holiday on board a Turkish gulet in 1985, the British travel company I travelled with, hired me to launch their Turkish programme to the UK market, through my PR company - Jenny Day Public Relations. This lead me on to organising my own private charters with groups of friends, including many journalists. These 'boat parties' were so successful that friends and colleagues told their friends and the word spread. My dream of offering a style of holiday, once the prerogative of the rich and famous, to a wider audience had become a reality and DayDreams had become a business. Over the years I have used my skills as a a professional PR consultant to organise corporate travel and sales incentives to Turkey for many business clients in addition to numerous private holidays. Today, my speciality is in organising private charters for family groups and others who travel from various parts of the world.
