Jen has 30+ years of retail industry and global firm consulting experience. As an EY Retail Consulting Partner, Client Account Lead and Retail Consulting Microsoft Alliance Lead, Jen’s work with clients centers on solving pain points within the retail sector, including but not limited to loss prevention, HR/attrition, store operations, merchandising and inventory, leveraging the power of AI when appropriate.
