This feat was realized through an array of strategic maneuvers, including territory expansion, building high-performance teams, participation in grant programs, tapping into commercial applications, and pioneering an HVAC addition division. Today, I lead a dynamic team of 95+ dedicated employees. Expertise: As a seasoned building and shell analyst, I specialize in assessing buildings for energy deficiencies. My proficiency extends to providing tailored recommendations, ROI assessments, facilitating rebate programs, and navigating state-supported initiatives to execute energy-efficient upgrades. To enhance our offerings, I've meticulously built a team of experts who are dedicated to elevating our surroundings. Experience: I've held a range of pivotal roles at Standard, from Commissioned Sales Rep to VP of Sales/Marketing and COO before taking the helm as President and CEO in February 2020. Leadership & Contributions: My commitment to progress extends to leadership roles in prominent organizations. I served on the Mohawk Valley Chamber of Commerce's Board of Directors from 2005 to 2012, where I was the youngest chair elected for the 2010 term. Additionally, I was a board member at the Building Performance Institute from 2013 to 2019. I also served as Treasurer at the Building Performance Contractors Association of New York from 2020-2023. In the community, I've been deeply involved with the American Heart Association as a board member since 2019, where I've served as the Go Red for Women Campaign Chair for 2019 and 2020. My contributions extend to the NYSERDA Green Jobs/Green NY Advisory Council, where I've been actively participating in program implementation and the review of constituent grant programs since 2009.
