Jenny is an experienced real estate professional with two decades of commercial property management, construction, and development experience. With a broad business and educational background, Jennifer understands the financial, operational, marketing and administrative elements of investment real estate. She has successfully adapted and diversified her management expertise to effectively meet the needs of each individual owner, from large national pension funds to local developers and investors. Her construction management experience includes tenant finish construction and building renovations as well as new development and design. Jennifer currently manages multi-tenant downtown and suburban office projects, office warehouse, distribution, and residential/condominium facilities for numerous local owners. Jennifer’s strengths and experience allow her to increase tenant retention to assist owner clients in maximizing asset value, while minimizing real estate operating costs. As the Vice President•Property Management for our commercial real estate company's property management division, Jennifer holds direct management responsibility and oversees all aspects of the management, maintenance, tenant retention and construction for the properties.Jenny also serves as a construction advocate for the client by providing cost estimates, options, design strategies and cost analysis as well as pursing alternate designs, systems and materials This can reduce cost and better suit the needs of the client by providing a conduit between the designer, client and contractor. Partnership and teamwork provide increased accountability for quality, cost and schedule as well as the performance and aesthetics of the completed product. In addition this increases the value analysis utilized during the entire design construction and management reducing design and construction time.
