How do you define wellness? We continually hear this word during the news, in conversations, at work or read it in newspapers, magazines and the like. Surprisingly, there’s no definition of wellness that seems to be universally accepted. Nonetheless there is a set of general characteristics found in most good attempts at defining wellness. In Genesis 1, God said; "He created all things and He looked back on each and said, “It is good.” All the plants he created are perfect, all their chemical constituents are meant to work together for our healing."​ Ezekiel 47:12 says that "He created trees with fruit for our food and the leaves for our medicine/healing."​At First Klass Health and Wellness, Inc., I focus on a "whole-istic" approach to health and well-being as our bodies are designed by God, our creator, to heal themselves. There are several ways to achieve optimum health. The first, and best way is to choose a healthy diet (preferably organic if possible) and exercise, along with incorporating the use of essential oils instead of traditional medicine. I am also a Paramedical Examiner, and I love to be able to speak with my clients about healthier alternatives and solutions to support their wellness, so that they may live a longer, and a more enriched life.I absolutely love what I do and I am MORE than passionate about the company I represent.
